Now stand straight in front of the bar. You have to bend your knees while the bar being at your back. Keep bending your knees until your hips are lower than the parallel position. The hip joint should be lower than the knee joint. Now grasp the bar and come back up. This is an easy and perfect technique for performing the squat.
